HB pheno mom strains as clones in Turbokloner 144

Great stuff man. I am going to adjust my thinking with my small turbocloner and give it another go. If i can reliably get 9 of 1 strain to catch i can run a flood and drain FOREVER with clones (8 weeks DONE...6 times per year...crazy good).

It took a while...many tried to convice me. But finally they convinced me and i see it with my own eyes. at least 2 weeks shaved off with a clone...great robust plant structure. It is amazing really.

I will get to just 3 moms. 2 solid forever moms and a rotational mom..... like a brewery with a revolving tap..

You can double your clones output
By putting 2 clones per puck. 1 all the way back deep into the puck
And one other almost half the spread from the first. You will have roots hanging in solution in 18 days max what I experienced. 1st time user.
I was cleaning up lowers on the scrog had great cutting ops so I added to the existing ones already cloning works straight up two per puc put the dome lid on misted twice daily. Ph chk each morning everything runs 24/7 for 18 days
After that 18/6 for lights is what I’m on now

So0o fuckin ecstatic to see things coming together for you. That turbokloner is amazzziinnggg!!! I'm looking at the ezcloner128. Found one for 3. Looking to do exactly what @gwheels has planned. Glad i stopped in. Love your clone regiment. Ive never ran 24/7 misters usually 10-15 seconds every 15 minutes. Might give it a try this next clone run even though I still achieve successful rooting. All for the fun of something diffetent.

I’m gonna Leave clones in Turbokloner to at least 8” in height.

Now to setup to transfer these 35 strains in a grow tray for veg and flower.

Place a sheet of cotton batting in bottom of grow tray.
Stretch panda paper over top of tray.
Now cut small X for each 8” TKlone .
Put stem all the way to bottom on matting.
Come back with scotch tape pull TKlone slightly up and tape close
X hole. Your done
We now have replicated the protective Environment of the Turbokloner for The rest of the life of the plants.
I will hand tie a scrog net to support the plants huge growth.
Turbokloner dome now removed to grow TKlones to 8” of height at least.

Need these with taller growth

Yeah having a turbokloner to get roots is not good enough... it needs to provide superior long term growth environment allowing straight to veg.
Let’s see what happens..

The roots will engulf the basin of the rez. When taking them out just cut the roots at the waterline. The tail of roots left will be more then enough to get them situated in whatever medium you decide to go with.

Tomorrow I am gonna go through and inspect each clone canopy & roots to chose the keeper mom of each strain. Provide some grow room for the clones . That also goes for the 6” potted BrideZilla &GG4 clones time to tighten up before flippin to flower I’ve got 8 gallons of veg mix in the 70 gallon Rez so 1 more feed and we flip

I want to give a point of feedback on the Pump that comes with the turbokloner 144. I do not like it ......when a rather large pump (new) does not start right up. Or stalls after being stopped. There no good reason other than it needs to be upgrade to A danner imho.
I will submit a upgrade which is compatible.

Here is the swing I’m allowing the clones in the cloner
Light t5 100w from the start
5.6 ph - 6.4 ph in one day then correct back to 5.6-5.8ph daily.
Ppm swing full tank 140 - 44ppm.
Water level drop to top of intake of pump then I refill 1-2 gallons distilled water.
Then add :
1 cap of ReZ clear
20ml of clonex solution
1cap = 10ml oF SLF100
Ppm = 180-205
Heavy Mist clones 2x daily
No dome. Humidity 56% 75F
Fan blowing air in room not on clones.
Have not done a water change yet!
Watching the ppm uptake and ph as uncle HB pointed out in his YouTube videos.

Next focus was the first cloning root trim session

These ensure I’ve got clones of what is flowering in the room.

To be forthright if holding these moms no way can you have a level canopy. Which is the why we accept
What is ...just is and a clone is secure. Safety of a dirt pot is just a
Moments Decision away if really needed. Ready for another month run on these clone moms

I don’t know man...... seems like a turbo cloner isn’t appropriate to sustain plants long term. I think you’d do much better keeping them in soil because it is far more forgiving than hydro. One slip of pH, too much or too little nutes, power outage, whatever, you’ve got some time with soil, not so much in water.

I have harvested 16 of those clones


They have again forested back up on the Turbokloner 144. I have many smaller clones which have not made it
From what I can see under the canopy.


Again I’m not too concerned I have seeds for new moms but as you stated dirt is the simplest safe solution.
Which I will be engaging tonight in the transfer of clones to 6” pots.
I can say pretty much 2months if clone growth activity is manageable.
I did notice the plants from the cloner the stalks were more delicate from the lack of silica. However once you feed by chart they all exploded with growth.

I can for sure drive clone production to fill my strain jars buckets of happiness

we started 3/16/20 Turbokloner 144
6/13/20 we end Turbokloner144 ops.

A journey of HB mom plant care begins 6/12/20 potted 6” &dyna-gro

So far I have at least 1 mom clone for each strain. Ran out of 6” pots more tomorrow.
So 3months multiple HB strains in a turbokloner144 is about as far you can
Push it. EverydAy ph adjusted if not in
5.6-5.9 ph range. I’m trying the dyna- gro kit again to maintain the moms.
I’m using the transition Mix.
