That name sweet breads makes me think of Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs or one of the later films. He makes a dish called sweet breads, it's made using intestines I believe, well in his case human intestines.

So it's super weird that IHG used that for a name.

I'm sure they were thinking like bread that's sweet, lol.
