Part of the deal when I signed up for the testers was to document the grow.... which is exactly what I’m doing. BTW - this is my first journal.

I am learning some lessons with this grow.
1. Think twice about vegging for 4 months
2. Add 2nd trellis at flip not a month after
3. Be more aggressive with pruning earlier in cycle

Thanks for sharing the lessons learned from the grow.
It's always good to step back and consider what could have been done better or differently.

These ladies are stacking and packing on weight quickly at 5 weeks into 12/12.


They’re being watered 2gal at lights on at 7am and 1gal at 4pm.

The girls are really adding on weight. Definitely kicking myself on not adding 2nd trellis earlier... should have paid more attention and heeded @J.James advice to support them.

I know I can’t wait! Everything above lower trellis not braced by the top one is flopping over. That’s really what I meant.

They may lean from the weight, but it doesn't look like they would lean on each other. as long as they're separated it should be good.

You could always jam a bamboo stick down the middle of each plant, then use garden wire to snag the biggest of the individual limbs and pull them in.

The canopy is so dense I’d need 60 5’ stakes per plant!

The yeild from those 2 shrubs is gonna be impressive. And from every pic ive seen from that 4th gear the quality will b there too.. Cant wait to see these at the end.. Glad i got a pac of these from JJ.. Enjoy the pics bro keep up the good work!

The canopy is so dense I’d need 60 5’ stakes per plant!

I get that LOL. One reason I keep mine to 4 or 8 tops

But I was thinking one stick in the center, with multiple wires coming off of it, or 4 sticks per pot to take care of a quadrant.

I make hooks out of that rubber-coated wire and find a piece of open stem and hook it - then worry about stringing the wire. I hate touching flowers once they start growing.
