Interesting fact....my grow room got 2.5F degrees cooler using my new boards instead of the Mars.

no fans on the light. Even if it was the same general temp, the boards let the heat rise naturally, instead of swirling it around your tent. The exhaust gets to work more efficiently.

Mars newer lights dont have fans? I am using better diodes now and instead of boards using strips. So I guess with the air being able to pass through anywhere through the lights instead of the outside edges like a board.

I am not sold yet as hps I feel will be my main light moving forward until proven. The yeilds are still getting better w the learning curve
