I should apologize to the forum I truly have been a Basterd the last week , I have a very good friend that a few days ago diagnosed with advanced colon cancer so on top of 12 hour shifts I have been Uncle Heathen to His Kids so His Wife can be at the Hospital then home to take care of my animals and plants . So I am stressed and sleep deprived. Again I apologize to my extended Family here

I hit up Heisen asking about the GGxGO as this was the main reason for my order. He said he would send them out. A week went by and nothing arrived, so I hit up Heisen again, inquiring. He admitted that he hadn't sent them, and assured me he would send them. I told him I wanted to order PPxBBC, to which he said he would cover them.
Package arrived today containing GGxAlien and GOxBBC.

Idk, I got a bunch of seeds, but not what I ordered. It will still be fire I suppose. Apparently I'll just have to watch you guys grow the GGxGO and PPxBBC.

And for the record, never changed my order, and shouldn't have had to substitue as the list available showed these as available.

I hope everyone else is receiving what they ordered...

You guys moaning and bitching and he throws you free beans.... You all still moan and complain.

I hadn't got jack for free and not one complaint from me.

@Heisenbeans have you found anyone to write a description on the plants yet? I remember you asking a while back. I know the crosses you won't be able to yet but what about the S1's?

Maybe you could get the wife to come up with something on the plants like flower time, potency, stretch, history, taste, bag appeal, yield etc etc

Maybe @HydroRed can do it?

Damn right you been busting it trying to get it all going you may have made a few mistakes but from what I've seen you've bent over backwards to make it right. Starting a small business is never easy and there will be bumps along the way and as long as you continue running your business the way you are I'll be a customer

Thanks for the apology but it isn't necessary. If you stepped out of line here, your extended family here would have told you to step back and have a snickers.

Best wishes go out to your good friend and kudos to you for taking care of his kids during this time.

Even with the website ordering people cant follow instructions, I asked can they please just put the packs they didnt get in the box. Hell naw. They gotta name off 20 packs so i have no fukin clue what ones they really want. I mean damn guys youll are fukin killing me. Its taking me an hour to figure out 2 fucking packs.
JUST PUT IN THE box like this

Starting a business is tough and educating your customers is difficult. I've been through 6 startups professionally in pharma/med device. The worst are the ones where you sell directly to the end user (public). The best are the ones where you sell to a 3rd party that passes on the cost to the patient. (stent, hemostatic sealant) It takes some time for folks to catch on and to refine your instructions to make them idiot proof.

Idiots always find a way.

And hear I was thinking I was bad. I kept all one email and tried to list the strains. Makes me feel better knowing people are complaining over a few packs when I spent more then I should've lmao.
