It's been a bit but with the modern LEDs I think actually running them a bit harder increases the efficiency. It's a very small number so your pretty right about it being the same amount of heat. The heat is hardly just the light heating things up though. . Heat is a byproduct of inefficiency in electronics. There is no friction or moving parts etc so the heat you feel is the resistance converting into heat. Why vapers use resistance coil to heat the wire rapidly. The more efficient something is the more output it has with less heat generated. Locating your drivers outside the tent helps immensely. Use quality speaker wire to run into the tent. Wago that to solid wire and put the solid into your molex. Placing a fan on them or your exhaust will expand the drivers life too. Full blown mine are cool to the touch.

Its freeing. I do the same myself. I'd go full nude but I dont want e coli in my lettuce.Same , sometimes in a pinch I will just strip down before going into grow. Undies only

Bridezilla and GG4 first time indoor grow in organic soil . I think I’m seeing a couple things living on the edge. Yellow edging of leaves on new growth and it looks like that gloss look of excess nitrogen. Maybe I’m reading into things and getting picky. Any advice welcome

Correct, the more efficient lights are more efficient because you are able to get more light from less watts. What I was explaining is that running a 300w light at 300W will produce the overall same amount of heat as running a 450W light at 300W. Placing a fan on them doesn’t cause them to produce less heat, though. You are just dissipating that heat from the driver more quickly, which is making it cool to the touch, but the heat is still being generated.

This....Had to do that with an auto. Throw her into 12/12 for almost 2 weeks to break a funky spell she was in.
I harvested one of my Topanga Weddings on day 71 from flip, and the other on day 79, and they came out amazing. After drying the buds were hard as rock and the smell is amazing. I tried it for the first time last night and it’s a great smoke, too!

I pot up from 1 gallon to 2 gallon Gro-pro premium pots a week before flower. 16 total plants with 4 colas each. The ADUB and BBC work very well together. Plenty of breathing room for light to get below. Unlike these Wedding cake beasts that block everything:
They were sleeping. 8 days since flip.
