Dang right that outcome could have been much worse. I have hit them more than once. Any time i work around them i double check them to make sure i didn't bump into them.

Mine was good, can't say anything but positives - guy was most likely bombarded with production and emails so all in all I think he did a great job. I'll be buying more, just waiting for the new stuff as most of the first run is sold out!
I didn't get what I ordered, but with all the freebie replacements I received, still a satisfied customer. Heisen went above and beyond what the average person would, sending replacements twice.

I opened all three seed pucks, and set them in front of my monitor. I;ve been waiting and watching 3 days - still no signs of pre-rolled joints happening. I feel ripped off.

I didnt get what i ordered. I preordered 2 packs that were "too limited" according to H. So he just sent me 2 packs of his choosing plus an extra pack of his choosing. Im going to run what i got and that will be the true test but not a perfect start.
Did you send me an email? There was over 150 scattered emails and confusion and alot of change orders. I'm more than happy to replace or send what you didnt get. With the website up orders are alot more organized now.

I have all them seeds, I didnt put them in stock because I had a few mis match orders that were left out and I wanted to make sure I had the seeds to send in case, I also kept a few for myself to run. I must have misunderstood something when I told you that.
Nope, I did a 24hr soak and then an additional ~36hrs in a moist paper towel. I think a scuff would be beneficial.

That was my point, I never put them seeds up on the website unless I was about 50 packs past the pre order numbers. Go to the website and make an order and check out with cash. Put those 2 packs your missing in the special instructions box and I'll make sure you get them.
