I always wanted to try growing shrooms.

Is it difficult?

This is my first time.....I always wanted to try growing them too lol so I found a kit for 55 bucks than you just have to buy the spores so I’m about 90 bucks in and supposedly I could yield up to a a half pound of mushrooms so we’ll see

Making bears today I always make 2 batches 1 for me 1 for the kids so they don’t feel left out lol

Ive grown mush for years. Paid plenty a bill biggest thing is cleanliness. Take that vermiculite and do a grain to grain transfer in a still air box. Walmart has the cheapest birdseed to use...can keep going if you want, but

Ya that’s how I like it less to trim and I have to have variety I get sick of smoking the same thing all the time

Here is my babies again the ones in 1/2 gallons which are all fems will go in my 4x4 in like 5 weeks and than the ones in 1 gallon pots which are all regs will get sorted through I’ll cull the males and take cuts of the females and than those will go in in the 5x5 tent
Here is the 5x5 tent now getting big but pretty boring right now top and up skirt pics
Here is the 4x4 tent starting to fill in very nicely I gave them all trim jobs today to get rid of any big leaves in the way the comp seeds are on the right they are getting damn nice I have top and up skirt pics and than the other pics are my favorite comp plant so far

I think it was on this forum I was showing you guys my cabin I’m building its 3 bedrooms 1 bath this is a little update I’m getting there it should be all done maybe next weekend or the weekend after it better be ready at least cause the wife and I ordered all the furniture we are going to have our bedroom have a queen sized bed and the the two other bedrooms are each going to have 2 sets of handmade log bunk beds and than a couch and loveseat and recliner and a kitchen table so it has to all be done when that gets delivered than it’s Tim to start the outside we are building a 12x12 deck and than a big rock retaining wall and a patio with a fire pit it’s going to be awesome sorry if this isn’t the forum I posted the old pics on lol

I think that’s what it’s called I have the jars that you inoculate and than once the cakes are ready you get them wet and start growing them my jars are almost ready they need a couple more days and than I’ll be good to go

Sounds like you did brown rice flour cakes. They work, but, ya know, its for small doses. It would be worthwhile to spread those cakes over some pasteurized horse manure and wheat straw 50/50 🥸 fun times
