Right on, thats badass. Same theory as my setup. Basically a big salt shaker style. Like how it came with multiple diff micron screens.
I liked @HAF's idea on his dry sift setup of using that back massager to do the work...
Might try to use his idea next time i got material to run threw the dry ice.

Well I'm going to try a clone experiment that was inspired by someone on this forum. I remember seeing someone start an experiment about cloning after they've been in the fridge for x amount of time.
These cuttings were taken 5/16 and put in the fridge. I dug them out yesterday, made a few fresh cuts on them, then stuck um in some rockwool cubes. They seem to be doing ok this morning. None are wilting or look bad. I guess we'll see what happens in the next week or two.

I sent a clone shipping for 5 days in a box with a frozen ice pack. Clone rooted well.
. I totally think the fridge press puts them in a sort of slow death stasis.... we need to get the clone trades going round here....

Yeah i have no idea what to expect. Supposedly someone had cuts successfully root after being in the fridge for a month or more. I was only going to leave them in there for a few days but low and behold, it's been 2 weeks now. So we'll all get to see what happens. I made sure each cut has a leaf node inside the rockwool cause that's usually where all my cuttings pop roots from first, in the aero cloner.I sent a clone shipping for 5 days in a box with a frozen ice pack. I believe it was @Evergreengardener who tried to do the same thing with putting clones in fridge. Think he was successful at pulling it off too... If im thinking right?Maybe ask him for sum info?

PAPER TOWEL AND ZIPLOC
Though this approach may seem very basic and can lead to a few (or many) losses during transportation, this might be enough for short distances and easily available cultivars. Also note that it will hardly work with rooted clones. It is best suited for fresh unrooted cuts. This technique consists in wrapping the stem of the cut(s)/clone(s) with moist paper towel and a layer of cellophane in order to keep moisture around the base. You then gently place your clone(s) in a zipped plastic bag (commonly called “ziploc” after the brand).
Your clone is now ready to be put in a box or padded envelope for shipping
Heres the clone I took
Put it in a padded envelope. Put the frozen ice pack in another padded envelope. Put those padded envelopes in a priority mail box. Done ✔

This totally works! Once I got my Future 1 cut from LC it went straight into my DIY coffee can cloner and it threw roots around day 12-14. Only thing I would change would be to make the stem 1 inch longer if that is possible LC.I used this technique exactly to successfully send to @Zaphod420

This is almost the same way I send clones, except I add a little water in the ziplock, and then put that ziplock inside of a couple more ziplocks. Never used the ice pack but I’m sure it’d help in hot weather.I used this technique exactly to successfully send to @Zaphod420

Salute Opie1, are you talking an ounce or 2 of water keeping a paper towel wet or you essentially turning the inner most ziplock into a juicy juice drink pak and the cutting as the straw?
