Was that "last year" pic taken @ the same time of year....or much later?
Cruisin' it for the finish here. Weather is lookin WAYYYYYYYY nice. Hard to believe a year ago we were dealing with 18" of snow and were cartin' the plants into the garage. Not this season. Warm and DRY. Hopin' for a nice fade like in yer pic. Last year was just too abrupt of an end for any of that here.

I'm sure it was later in September. Not much later. We had frost pretty early last year too.
I'm doing well on my indoor currently so I'm not too worried and im NOT pulling them early. I cant stand premature weed

Things to watch for months and butterflies. Be vigilant! Last year looking at my tricomes I noticed these strange balls in the morning and around dusk I caught a moth in the act dropping eggs on the tips of my colas. So now I check morning and at dusk to gauge the level of activity and pick them off with tweezers. Usually around Labor day egg laying is at the l peak and taper off mid Oct. Instead of just BT I use Captain Jacks cause it has a broad spectrum of pest control.
This year's is shaping up pretty good. Got these 100 gal pouches from Home Despot online for $15 and the 36" baby wading pool for $12 and use the pallets to keep them off the hot concrete. Started all of them around Feb got them outside in 20 gallon pots for a month and moved them to the pouches later than I wanted to due to being overcommitted with life.

Moths/catipillers larvae were horrible here last year as well left for a week early September all was well got home to worms enjoying my biggest arm size buds I lost 1/3 of my harvest compost pile was huge from bad bud, lost a couple smaller auto buds week before Labor Day this year, I will stay vigilant on the remaining photo girls we got to 39 deg F last night but otherwise it's been a warm September so far... Never tried BT might check it out thanks for the heads up

BT is organic as it's an enzyme from soil or something along those lines and causes Caterpillars stomachs to explode. I prefer Captain Jack's to BT however both last only a week before needing to re apply and if it rains it get washed off. Obviously you'll need to bud wash once you harvest but both options are organic ways to keep the Caterpillars off your plants.
BTW this is a leaf miner egg about mid way down the pic right above the leaf with hole from a grasshopper. They wreck havoc on my citrus and noticed them on my plants and witnessed the female attach the egg which have a hair like follicle off the leaf edge.

I used to use sponsad but it make me nervous in flower now days I checked BT out think I'll give it a go, I wash all my personal use outdoor stuff anyhew amazing how dirty the water is afterwards interesting thing is my gorilla grow area in 10-15 miles away and in 30 or so years never lost a bud to bud worms but around the house is another story I wonder if one of the wife's flower gardens or fruit trees attracts them..

I'd say that's the,biggest pile of Cow shit plant on Cp outdoor 21 !? Does @High kev or @Rocman91 or @Bustenbeans or ..... Not me. Haha my in laws are in the running for sure. But that doesnt count. But it might get squished! I know a guy!
