Indeed layer your planters I made a billows like bottle out of one of my contact cleaner bottles so I could hit the leaves easier too... Now days I use it on every new planter full of mediaChecked again this AM and found one on the Twinkle Tarts. Squished it DEAD.
DE is supposed to arrive today. Do I just sprinkle it on the soil and plant?
It’s been a couple of days since applying the DE and haven’t seen any little buggers since.
Good news! Great time to catch them not many hiding places yet.... Not sure what it does to their eggs since they need to crawl through it
I can give credit to anyone I want!Secret Vietnamese leaf trick, The only landrace Sativa that grows like an Indica with no ceiling to the high. I expect an honest review and all credit goes to mother earth and the pioneer growers of cannabis who brought it to our golden shores.
Topping and leaving four vs mainlining for 4 will get you to flip about a week earlier.Topped all but one of the plants today at day 31 from dry seed.
I didn’t top the shortest Cherry Wine, which is about the same height now as all the other topped plants.
I’m going for a four top manifold this time. I usually do an eight top main line. 7 of the ten were topped leaving the third node, removing the secondary branches from the first node.
One would have been way shorter than all the others, so it had its fourth node left, with the secondary branches of the first and second node removed.
The mutant Orange Blossom Special that topped itself was left with three tops,’cause that’s just what seemed right for it. I noticed today that it has an odd leaf pattern - the center finger of each leaf is growing below the other leaflets.
Here’s a before and after:

And wouldn’t you know it, I’m trying to delay flipping as long as possible hoping my new light shows up before I need to flip!Topping and leaving four vs mainlining for 4 will get you to flip about a week earlier.
Nutes on the leaves?Does anyone have any knowledge or even a guess as to what is causing this leaf issue in one of the Vietnamese Silver Leafs?

It’s only happening on the older leaves. I may have to try flushing if no one has any other suggestions.
Hmm, not likely. I’m not that messy. I honestly think it’s something genetic or maybe this particular plant needs something different than all the others.Nutes on the leaves?
Light burn, did you change lights a week earlier or lower the lights? The newer growth is adjusted to your current setup, but the lower leaves reacted to the change. These guys like higher humidity (50%+) and can also react adversely to changes in humidity as a warning.Does anyone have any knowledge or even a guess as to what is causing this leaf issue in one of the Vietnamese Silver Leafs?
