And the reason my bonsais didn't mind so much is because they were cuts, not seedlings. They were mature, but also starving.

I'm sorting out a lot of shit over here, guys. We'll be back to BFC (much love to @Brettman and the entire BFC loving larf family) in no time.
I do love those BFC’s

I sealed up my drain connections. What a great convenience. I also gave the plants another good flush to get the ph down to 6.0, and watered the entire slab really well. The auto runoff setup really shines when you're dumping a 30 gallon res through the plants. Everything seems to be in their right zones now. I'm going to water them twice a day with plenty of runoff until I get the FM20 setup.

I also think I defeated the damping off issue. I put a piece of rockwool around them, which were held in place by the Floraflex caps. I think they may have rooted like a clone. I'm not sure if it was even technically damping off, but whatever was going on seems to be corrected now.

I'm not going to lie, that put way more stress on me than on the plants. I was starting to become convinced that I had lost the touch.

Damn. My Pulse One and Grewtek setup are both sitting in the neighboring town until Monday. I guess they just missed to "out for delivery" cutoff. So now I have to keep hand watering like a slave all weekend? dah...
