Little something I’ve been experimenting with.
Merristem TC.
Probly took way too much material to be a true merristem. But an experiment/practice non the less.

And a bio coupler experiment. Liquid TC.
Rotated to bathe explant. Every other day.
Everything survived the pressure cooker trip but the top bottle. Pretty hazy. Still intact tough.
Black tube is an air filter. Tiny plant in bottom of top vessel. Stainless screen to keep it in the top one.
Pretty cool tech. I have triangle kush clone only in there. Also a dose of streptomycin to keep things clean.

And if you have a flow hood running you might as well do some fungi.
Aggressive B+. 6 year old print. And I did revive some mycelium from an 6 year old plate. Crazy.

And beer yeast.
Same 6 year old streaked plate still viable.

Reptile incubater works well for plates. Temp is off though. 80f inside.

What is the most crazy beer yeast(s) that you have in the bank?

Nothing too crazy. Think one of the 6yo was 838 south German lager. The other 6yo was 530 Abby ale yeast. New one is imperials A20 citrus. May pitch that in a good zombi dust clone I make.

Sweet little collection & I've Never had a Zombie dust before... How much stronger is it say compared to Dogfish Head 120 IPA?

I think around 6.3. Iv never had the real deal. It’s an all citra ipa. Mid 60s ibu. It’s real nummy if you like ipa.

Bubba clone she may be ready for new shoes.

Little low pressure aroponics.
Bucket positive placement pump pressure controller 4 misting heads. Repeat timer. 15 min off 10s on. Usually used as a cloning bucket. Thought I’d give it a go with a grow.

Manatuska thunder fuck and pre 98 bubba.
Manatuska seems to want to throw 3 finger leaves. Seems to be a trait. Have an clone just about done and she does the same thing.

GP Copper chem in the DEP greenhouse.
Been below freezing here on and off for the last month. Should have flipped a little earlier.
Smells real nice lemon deisel.
Spider mites I think overwintered on a raspberry cane that snuck under the foundation into the GH. Been battling them all summer finally gave up. Doing a water peroxide rinse at chop. It will be full chem kill after the plants are out.

Bubba is getting close. Pistols are receding. Give mostly water now. She has one branch of beans that need a bit of time yet.

Not sure if any of you have read the thread on RIU lb every three weeks by stink bud.
Anyway I’m going to give the LPA/NFT he runs a go.
I’d like to ditch the coco. Actually all media. And run more seeds that I have acquired.
Found some new fence posts at our local restore.
I won’t be shooting for lb every 3 weeks. But it would be nice to finish 14 plants every 3 weeks.
I’m not sure how he got away with running the misters on the bottom. I’d think roots would eventually hamper the mist. So I’m running 180deg misters at the top on one side. Shooting straight across.
Had to make another cloning bucket to start clone or seed as my normal one is running a couple flower plants now.
I may go one bucket/pump per 4’/7plants. That way one can run different ppm if needed.
Got a pretty good start on a couple and one bucket.
Would alos be nice to go away for a few days and not worry.

Stink bud hydro starting to take off. Culled this MTF. She had some good root growth but not much going on up top. Replaced with triangle Kush.
