I can't think of any reason that law enforcement would care. All cannabis seeds are classified as hemp in the US so there are no restrictions currently with shipping them within the US. There have been talks about the farm bill being amended, which could make cannabis seeds bred from plants that produce more THC than the legal classification of hemp to be restricted again, but that hasn't happened yet.

Seems this could fall on Heisen, I messaged him first thing this morning.
He sent the seeds twice and my order of Dubstep from Seedlys, all 3 got snatched as well.

Are you in a legal state? It shouldn't matter, anyway, since this would be under federal jurisdiction, but I'm just curious of why law enforcement would get involved with seeds that are federally legal currently.

It's because the SEND is illegal. Doesn't matter what the laws are in your state whatsoever. It's Federal....and it does matter...but...I only remember one time in all my days where such a send was an "in". Seems the guy was running a hash oil factory at the addy where the send ended up....ooops.

Guessing yer flagged.......especially if they got 2 sends. One may have been damaged...and her comes another that looks/is addressed the exact same way. They did the 2 + 2 = 4 thing and surmized the contents were the same. I think they have to have a warrant to open it....so that's why it rarely goes any farther. It isn't worth it to them.

Letters are far less scrutinized, for sure. Coroplast is your friend! You old heads know that drill...LOL. Fuckin' Old People!

But it isn't illegal. The DEA clarified their stance on this last year and said they consider all seeds to fall under the legal definition of hemp. I respectfully disagree. (they wouldn't intercept if it wasn't illegal!)

I've read on this a bit. It IS legal to ship some hemp products...IF you are a LICENSED producer. An individual, makin seeds and sending them...is not in this classification. You have to register with the DEA/USDA/etc. and be LICENSED as a Hemp producer in your state to fall under the "legal" guidelines...and (I believe) you have to tag the contents/etc. and declare the send/etc. for it to be a protected/legal send.

Or maybe I'm wrong. LOL. I just never believe it's THAT easy or THAT allowed...just cus they say "X" is legal. There's always more to it.

It's stupid shit...but it is what it is.....and I think folks just take the face value of things when they hear em "Hemp is legal!". Um...yeah...like POT is legal...with PARMETERS. It isn't...and never will be a free-for-all/blanket nod. It's all about the fees/licenses/red tape, and limits.

If anyone finds verbiage that says an individual can send...willy nilly/at will/just 'cus......I'd like to see it.

Letters are the safest send. Especially around the holidays when the volumes of mail in the system are wayyyyy up.

Would be an easy test, for sure. Send 20 letters w/empty coin packs in em and see what happens. Betcha big $$$ they all make it through unscathed.

One thing for sure, my legit addy won't be used!
I won a contest here a couple years ago. Heisen sent me a few hundred beans as part of the prize.
I put em in 4x6 coroplast cut outs plugged with a Qtip and sent out a dozen to members here, they all made it!

What it ammounts to is they would have to spend months growing out a plant then testing the flower to get conclusive evidence for a case. That or very expensive testing on the germ plasm to see if it is a THC producing plant, but that science is still sketchy - not court of law stuff.

I just recieved a spatula I ordered off Amazon. Nothing special, but it was "out for delivery" 4 or 5 different days by amazon, by the USPS tracking number it was only out for delivery twice... It went between two cities back and forth twice, like it got lost in the truck and found when they got back to the post office.

I ordered something that was sent FedEx and it was delivered by two people in a rented Penske truck :unsure: 😂

Competition in the mail delivery system is working backwards because we have very little choice how we send stuff. Instead of "how can we improve and get your business" they know they have contractual shipping with monsters like amazon and give two shits about you.

Who got the FAT packs? I did Platinum and they all got wet or I'd be packin ya an envelope right now. Somebody got extras...and I know whoever did...if they share...the generosity will come back to them....

FUCKERS I mean...just look around at the criminality of our world...and the way some folks are runnnig shod over our laws...openly (for now)....and they are worrying about seeds...

I can't guarantee anything as of right now cause I popped a total of 7 all together..
4 was 48 hours ago &
Another 3 just got dropped today ..

So I got like 3-4 of Ground Zeros left.
If I get at least 4 to pop above ground, then every one I got left will b yours...

Just gotta cross your fingers with me, that I do know how to get beans going directly in soil... Lol
Sucks cause it might be this weekend B4 they all have had enough time to show..

But I will at least offer rest of what I got , if mine take off like they shud....

Never had that issue with a US shipment.. like Sticky said I've had one from Europe get flagged but that was it..
