USPS, FYI, has a Postal Police Officers division that carries out security and other matters related to the safety/etc of customers, employees, etc. at local facilities. The second division are the Postal Inspectors...stationed at a variety of hubs/distribution centers who check the mail for contraband, illegal imports/etc. Both are Federal positions...with the power to arrest/charge/subpeona/etc. They likely aren't looking for 8 packs of seeds...but if they find them they act...and I think it's naive to think they don't care. It's the severity of the offense that has em coming or not.
On a happier topic...
One of the dead PF soldiers in the "make it or break it" cup raised her head today....and with the other 2 from the Bioset just now hitting dirt with 3/4" tails in 3 days...I'm >hopeful< for a 7 count out of 9 on the PF pop. Resting a bit more easy...for sure.
A couple had stretched for the light...but it's early enough I did the Stiicky's Tong Tek
on em and they are now much lower in the cup. I always used to just kinda easily unpot em and drop (fumble) em down farther in the cup. Now I take a pair of BBQ type tongs and gingerly go straight down on each side....making a "plug". When you pull it up/out you can see the taproot. If you don't you clear soil off til you do...and then you submerge that sucker back in the cup...far deeper. Rather than toothpickin' em to stand up and shit...you get that stem in there that will offshoot off some root eventually. Maka da sensi? Yes, I'm giving away my contest winning secrets.....but hey...we're all here to learn...so take it or leave it. Heehee...fuckers.
