Just gave the ladies a blackstrap molasses unsulphured treat tonight. About 2-3 more weeks. Not sure how well it works just kind of a routine thing anymore.

I agree. I would like to try sterile but have been reluctant to change because it's been working so well. I've used it in soil and coco as well with great results.

I had to hope on the bennie game due to the all too frequent bouts of plants taking a shit on me out of no where. I think it is the city water since it's not heavily chlorinated or something. After most of my testers in rw took a shit I'm done playing games.
So will normal molasses for cooking work then? Or should I go pick up the high brix molasses? I have a whole bottle of molasses from when I made 2 pecan pies last thanksgiving. Used like 2 table spoons, lol, and now have a bottle just sitting here.

I think as long as it's unsulphured. I hear of people using blackstrap in soil as the carb load. It's mainly to feed the bacteria anyway.

I concur. As long as it’s unsulphured your good to go. It supercharges the mycorrhiza to assist colonization. Good stuff!

Oh ok, I see what's up now. Too much salt in normal molasses. I'll just pick up some high brix. I just put about a half ml of hydroguard and orca in the gallon of water I gave to the soil transplants I did today. Then this weekend I'll brew a little tea and keep them chugging.
I'm gonna go back to coco here after a work trip end of october so I need to get the bennie regiment on track early.

That is looking a lot better than her earlier self. Fingers crossed she's really nice on the flower side!
I'm digging the dbb I got in flower, structure is nice, it didnt stretch too much has a nice berry smell and is fairly coated. I got a clone of it just in case. Also have 2 more dbb that got hit by root pathogens so I cloned them and clones are getting close to popping roots. Once they pop roots I flower them out too. See if that berry scent is dominant.

Looks like the lvtk pollen is viable. I dusted a few lower buds on the grape bubba and I'm seeing receding hairs today. (I think that piece of black on that leaf is the borg, lol, naw it was a piece of dirt.)
I'm excited for this cross! The g bubba and lvtk are the frost queens in my haram at the moment. G bubba is already frosting over nicely and it's in soil this time so I'll see how that effects smell/taste.
I'm really digging that shape and structure of my 1st dbb. It's that classic indica looking spear tops. She is nice and frosty as well. Her smell has turned into more of a pepto bismol type smell versus the strawberry bubblegum early on, lol. Rather have the gum on though... but it still smells good. It should have a nice unique taste to her.
My orangeberry smoothie (this is from oj#3 which is only offered as a freebie this is not the #1 cut which is the packs for sale) would not be considered a keeper based on looks alone, lol. She is one of the ugliest buds I've grown in a minute, all retarded and shit
But she smells wonderfully orange/lemon/tennis balls or something and some weird ass smells under your nose. If you smell your fingers from a foot or so away it smells like tropical twist gum from Trident but right under your nose you get the orange citrus chemical tennis ball type smells that are less appealing. Freaking weird how it does this. I'll need to run a few more to find a less fluffy sativa bud pheno. Need to run a couple of the obsm from #1 too. Sorry for making it confusing with the #1 and #3 cuts but just remember #1 is bought pack/testers, #3 are freebies.
