G'day all, just starting off my journal to let you all know what's goes on in my wacky little world. Hope you enjoy.

Currently running an unknown strain that I've had for a fair while. I'd say it's definitely a hybrid, as it has leaves like a sativa, but grows like an indica. Stinky when in flower and tastes strongly of fuel when smoked.

I'm currently running 2 tents, on a constant rotation, harvesting every 8 to 10 weeks and I'm ok with that. Except for the trimming, that sucks.

Veg tent, 400w hps in a 1.2m by 1.2m.


Couple of seedlings I'm trying for fun. Only just getting into purchasing seeds and doing some pheno hunting to try and find something different and better to replace my current staple strain.
These are a gelato x OG they are only an auto I got accidentally for free so thought I'd give them a go. Never done autos before but I'll be looking forward to toking on something different for a change.



Got some photoperiod pre 98's, bruce banners, cheese, etc. To try in some upcoming grows.


Now for my flower room, 1.2m by 2.4m tent under two 600w hps. 6 plants at start of week 5. Starting to look good. First half:

Popped a Bruce banner fem from seed. Hopefully if I've timed it right will be around the same size or close to the next run of clones in the veg tent when I do them in a few weeks.

Sorry I've been a bit slack updating this. But here goes.

Currently veg tent is starting to look pretty full.




My gelat.og autos started showing some mag deficiencies. They are heavy feeders, bumped it up a bit so hopefully that will settle them down.



Checked my calendar a week or so back and realised I was a week behind myself!! So the flower room is now currently in week 8. I'll chop these next weekend so I'll be able to move the veg plants over to give them some more room. Snip some clones and start 12/12 all over again.




Couple of close ups, ripening up nicely. And it smells like I've stuck my head in a garbage can in here.








And my bruce banger seedling transplanted into a pot, not doing much yet above the surface.

Veg tent is chockers


So that means... It's Time!!








And the gelat.og autos are starting to flower. One is more short and squat than the other so will be interesting to see how they turn out. They are small as fuck though. Glad I got them for free because I really can't see them being worth like 20 bucks each.

Yep, I'm still slack. Haven't updated this in a while. But honestly not much happening rn.

Flower room has been flipped to 12/12 for almost a week. Nothing to see really, will take more pics when they start to flower.

Veg tent only has the 2 gelat.og autos in there atm. Two completely different phenos. One is a really nice looking og leaner. Looks like it will be nice smoke. More what I'm used to growing. The other is more sativa like, green pistils, greasy looking airy type buds. Don't know what it will be like, like nothing I've grown before. Will get some pics when I can.

Other than that, waiting for clones to root then will pot up and put in veg tent.

I've grown blue gelato from barneys farm it looked similar filled out fast towards finish wasn't an auto though

The clones in the veg tent from my last post have now been 8 weeks flowering, and currently being harvested. The stench of sweet musk and ammonia off these girls is intoxicating, and it sticks to the back of your throat for hours after a good trim session.

New batch of girls vegging away also, plus one bruce banger in the top left. Will be putting them I to flower in the next week or so.

Thought I'd better throw a quick update in here. Always seems like I forget to take pics until just before harvest but here we are again. Will pull my normal cut this weekend. Even though I can see a seed or two if I look really hard, I don't think there are many, and she still frosted up like a champ and rock solid.







The bruce banner that threw a nut or two on me, it's a shame because it looks like it could have been a nice one. Rock solid nugs and plenty of trichs.







Oh well, you live and learn constantly. Separate tents from now on for experiments and new strains.
