Hell yea! That’s where I’m at plus it’s been raining non stop. I’ve done it in stuff like this before but I just ain’t feeling it atm. I can wait till spring or early summer and it’ll be on. Cold smoked cheese is freakin amazing and I’m not a big cheese eater. What kind of fish you smoke?Stick burners rule! I can appreciate that and thought after posting how some may not. My apologies. I’ve never done a half lamb but I have done goat or cabrito. How do you prepare your lamb? I feel the same way about chicken or any foul actually.
