So im still pretty new and hope I can get some help. This is my first hydro grow, and 3rd grow overall. I was thinking calcium deficiency but wanted some input. Im feeding general hydroponics trio, I just upped it to 700 ppm, from around 550 cuz it seemed really hungry. I use ro water and was starting around 100-150 ppm calmag but was thinking maybe I should increase it? .

Usually around 5.5 to 5.7 and let it rise to around 6.1 or 6.2

Hmm. I’m not a hydro guy but respect the craft. I’m in coco and peat. Dabbling in organics but my small space and other responsibilities keep my from doing that high performance rdwc shit. Maybe someday if I can grow professionally in a better space.
Anywho I feel your issues are ph related but then again maybe you should be hittin em harder. Hopefully someone with a few more brain cells will chime in, but I always fiddle with ph before changing up amounts of fertilizer. Sorry tho, I guess my advice on dwc is like a screen door on a submarine.. just plain hazardous lol

GL bud. I guess it was pic #4 I was looking at, smh. You won't need a scope to see a sm. They are typically little black dots on the underside that will move if you prod them with your fingernail.

Well, I searched around last night, and saw no signs of spider mites. I am going to keep my eyes peeled and just hope for the best I suppose...

Hope it's not spider mites. Not a hydro guy so I don't want to give you any advice. I'm sure someone with more hydro experience will chime in.

It sucks I am not growing these to their full potential, and the one just kinda looks sad. But I feel like I found the sweet spot and I'm confident I will have it dialed in and next run will be great!

I am using ro water and I was adding calmag first at 125-150 ppm before adding nutes. I had to increase it to about 200-225.

Lol yea that leaf is cool! It does kinda look like a couple hairs could pop out but right now it's just a real frosty little leaf.

Btw id increase the calmag...how long does it take for your pH to go from 5.7 to 6.2-3 then once there does it stay steady or does it continue on up? Also what are the nutes you're using ?

Im using the flora trio from general hydroponics. Honestly, more often than not the ph is either stable, or dropping even when my ppm is stable or dropping, and I need to top off with plain water. I just now kinda found the sweet spot where the ph is slowly rising. Things seem to move faster in my flower tent But I can't go more than 2 days max without adjusting my res. But they are drinking so much now anyway. I can't wait to get my RDWC running!

Oh and I've never really seen if the ph will continue up. Usually when the ph gets that high, I will add nutes and drop the ph back down. I may be doing this all wrong! Im new to all this hydro stuff and I'm trying to piece it all together lol
