Might just whack up the 600 HPS on dimmer. Save on the heat. Is dem police in helicopter search for gotta watch.
NL#5 under a 400 MH in a cupboard was nice. Under a 600 poot was twice. Minging at 9/10 weeks. No filters
Lol back then people didn't know the smell.

Pics are from yesterday @ 5 weeks from breaking ground..
Got tossed in flower tent yesterday..
Both plants look to be female imo..
SD#1 is more bushier structure wise, and at first day of flower is 12 inches tall from top of soil

SD#2 is taller only by 2 inches, so 14 inches from soil..
Both plants have heavy chem/fuel aromas in veg so can't wait to test the scrubber with em..

Class and dem smells.Well folks, a week Tuesday was first of flower for both of these fems... Yes, both are fems like I was thinking n hoping...

Both have been throwing chem/onion/burnt tire aromas since late veg..
These Stardawg X's always have beefy support systems/ thick legs..
Also always enjoy seeing those thick fingers on leaves.. love me sum indica leaning plants..
Alot easier to manage, and can handle the stress of topping/pruning little better IMO..

Heres the newest little toy i purchased..
2 heatmats that run on 1 cord, and has a digital adjustment for what temp u want the mats.
Plus it has 1 probe that u can stick down in the dirt, to read what temperature your root zones are at.
Pretty handy dandy imo..
Helps me regulate the chilly lights off mode by keeping the root zones at more consistent temp..
Really noticed the daily growth rate jump up after installing these.
Ive got 3 in bottom of tent..

This was plants i grew in a diy hydro-soil setup for first try..
Top pot was just fox farm ocean Forrest, sitting on top of a dwc bubble bucket..

Here's my comp plants 2 days into flower...
Couldn't be more happier on the way things have gone for em so far..
Easy going so far, but we all know anyone can veg a plant, the flower cycle is where the test begins imo..
All plants range from 9 -12 inches from top of pots at beginning of flower..
The BAS dirt is just sum nice stuff imo..
Heres a pic with color showing the 3 different phenos imo ive got...
The red dot ones have long burgundy fan leaf stems,& nice spacing on branching.
Yellow ones are ones that loved to branch, with many tops..
Blue ones have the huge leaves with good branching..

Just posting i now got my 2nd Atreum hydra1000 (105watt max draw light) installed and ready to go..
With both lights set at 70 watts each and @20-24 inches from tops of each plant..
Lux reading from app on cell says between 28,000-30000 lux or bout 550umol's..
Really like how the plants look in pics compared to my HLG 3500k Boards imo.. the hlg boards wood appear yellowish in pics, not these..
The only thing i dont understand is if you look at the diodes laid out on boards, i can clearly see the Samsung 301b 3000k, 5000k, & the 660 osram reds, but where is the 720-740nm uv diodes that they claim to have on also?
I emailed the company to see what im not understanding bout not seeing those diodes..?
Maybe its a simple explanation?

Just the comp Zero Gravity's random notes, pics, and info on the plants ive got..
The shorter more squat phenos seem to take longer flipping over to flower than the more lankier phenos...
Which to me seems kinda odd.. usually the shorter squat plants are more indica leaning and show flowers earlier..
The 2 that are doing this is the front bottom left, and back row to the right..(yellow dots)
Purple dot plants are showing purplish pistils..
The red dot plant is the unique/just different pheno with the weird fingers on leaves, double serrations on edges, & most frost so far..
The stench coming from tent is straight gmo imo... Garlicky, creamy onions, asphalt, funk..
Cant wait to sample these...

It been a couple weeks since i posted in here..
I'll start out by saying 3 of the plants are really starting to swell, lay them frost rails, and are beginning to throw strong smells....
The other 2 plants are stinking but are slower in developing buds.. 1 of these is shorter with crazy amout of leaves and bud sites..
Other 1 is taller and just looks to be couple weeks behind the 3 fabulous looking ones..
The ones with red dots are my 3 best so far
Yellow dots are the ones that are different/ slower.
The smells id describe range from gmo/ creamy onions, pungent rubber on front with lemon on tale, just very strong funk that isnt described as old skool funk..
The Pure Michigans ive grown had loud funk but in a gross tasting way that i just didn't like.. the phenos of PM checked every box except taste.. Not saying every pheno is bad from it just the ones ive grown wasnt my favorite...
These are loud funk in good way if that makes sense...?
Here's sum night time pics my favorite imo..
People who have said these plants have no terps and say they have chicklet sized buds,
They just have very little growing skills or got other more important priorities...
If im gonna be smoking every gram of the bud i grow, to save me from being at dispensary every week, i dam sure am gonna try to make it the best i can do..
Put half assd effort in anything u do in life, and with growing, u cant be mad when u get half assd plants/ results imo..
These beans have been so easy going so far for me.. (with a proper environment) ..
Greatful for opportunity to be part of this place and in this contest with the rest of yall.

Heres that little shaker i picked up at Amazon, after seeing it in @Streetpro09 journal..
Havnt used it yet, but after the contest plants are done I'll definitely be using up the bags or trim ive got laying around from the past year of grows...
Seems decently made, and comes with 2 screens of each size .. ( from 100-160 micron)
Gonna try shaking sum with dry ice and sum without just to see which flavor i prefer..

Very cool. Mines held up well so far. Only thing with mine and yours may be different, the screens sometimes don't fit on the lid without really stretching on them. Will keep that in mind when i do use mine..Very cool. Mines held up well so far. Only thing with mine and yours may be different, the screens sometimes don't fit on the lid without really stretching on them. Usually rotating the screen 90° makes a difference.

Wished there was a place close by to have your buds tested to see how strong they are, and to see how much terps your sample have...
Cause i no it sure dont take much for lift off, i no that...
While im wishing, lol, id also love to have a Chuckers smoke session, to where we wood find a kool outdoor location and meet up and smoke each others ganja..
