these Evergreen og ( circled ones) are all looking pretty uniform getting ready for flower soonish. nice node spacing they are starting to put out side branch's now

Lavender martini hard to say its anything more than sweet atm il have to take it out and spend a few minutes with it away from flower area

So it seems my reversed plant is sterile doesn’t have pollen in any sac so I will try again, in the mean time I’ll make more regs than I planned on I have a few nice males at the moment

So every pod I pulled of the revered lavender martini would have a tiny spec of dust (pollen) come out so I thought it’s just not happening with this one well I think I was wrong I think I was just getting to them to late I had a few plants sitting around it in the flower area and they are all making seeds so looks like she dropped pollen after all

That's the trick, getting the sacks at the right time. If they're yellow and dried out looking it's too late so not much pollen. You wanna get them just as they're starting to open a little. It's a pain in the ass. That is what I had to do with sato, just not a good giver. Now the lvtk was more like a male and gave up pollen easily.
Knock on wood you get more seeds than you thought! Cheers buddy

Yea I thought I’d be able to tell based of my experience with males but it just acted differently... you live and learn.
there will definitely be more seeds than I was going for imo since I was only going to hit a few plants in that area not all and I have some regs baking in the oven too

Going to run some 1 gal pots again on a few strains while I let others veg out a bit.
just hit flower today are
4 Texas butter gps
1 southern bananas @Amos Otis holding onto another for a while longer
1 Adub my #3 @Heisenbeans ( got 3 more of these getting big)
1 sundae driver s1 have 2 more of these going as well getting large
1 gmo x bbc again have a few more of these looking through for a keeper. I’ll see how they compare to the bbc cut which will be flipped in about 2 weeks. I’ll grab some pics soon.

lavender Martini very fruity grapish almost with a heavy spice smell mixed in like a floral spicy grown in a 1 gal this plant is about 23 inches tall and is almost just 1soild cola all the way up

This is a small seed mom full of regs she is Funky berry pie I hit her with Martian Monkey male pollen
Martian monkey is GG4 clone only x Lemon Alien.. the Funky berry pie is a multi cross of ( Cali o x mango haze) x gobstopper then crossed to cherry pie

What are your thoughts of withholding the males 2 - 3 weeks from the start of the flowering cycle? This would allow the females to be more fully developed before receiving the pollen?

my favorite in flower right now is this pheno of grape sato from my boy @thenotsoesoteric absolutely pure grape with a tart/sour berry smell going on keeping this one have a clone in a 1 gal that is now going to be my head stash mom

Most of this flower run is seeded i am almost positive that they are pollinated by lavender martini reversed pollen, But i will need to sex some to be sure the regs were made in a separate area so i am pretty sure that pollen didnt get into these

I always hold known males for regs 10 days behind females for that reason, and it works well - males most always are ready to splooge before girls are ready if I don't. I tried the same with reversed females, and the pollen wasn't ready before the target clones were too far along to mate. I don't have enough experience to know if that's the norm, but I won't do it for reversed dust again.

That's gorgeous bro, and the smell sounds excellent. Looks like it will put out decent weight too. I'll be stoked to hear how she taste.
I still have some of those original beans of grape sato I'm hoping to hunt through and f2. Especially now! Great job as always man

I agree with amos, for males I like the to be a little further along and i may throw reversed girl in a few days earlier. Last run with lvtk pollen I collected pollen a couple weeks ahead of time.
