Genetic Preservationist Project

I have 16 Bruce Banner x Super Lemon Haze seeds left after pollinating a single BB plant with the LH pollen a couple of years ago.

I popped 3 of those seeds and made the crosses below.

BBLH x Orange Blossom Express Lemon Haze, BBLH x Diesel Train Lemon Haze, and BBLH x MB15MT, BBLH x Super Lemon Haze (all Lemon Haze pollen is from a single plant to include the initial cross)

All the BBLH crosses above are from 3 plants I pollinated in a single run a few years back.

i have never ran any of these to date.

Since I don’t have many BBLH seeds left, how would I go about preserving the genetics I have?
Can I back cross the 16 BBLH seeds I have left to the crosses I mentioned?
Maybe do 4 BBLH and 4 of the crosses per run?

Since my population is so small, would I see inbred depression on the second or third back cross?
Will I see that even sooner since all these are related to a single plant?

Nothing at this point has been F2’d or pollinated/crossed further as I have been working with other strains.

To say I am remote would be an understatement, so getting more beans would be quite the challenge.
