Hell yeah! Made me think.I was in school learning about hvac and we boiled water at room temperature with a vacuum pump and chamber. Does this tool remove all the moisture? That might be just what I need. I've found drying and curing correctly to be harder than growing.
if you can set up a tent to grow weed you should be able to rig an area for the dry/cure. Assuming you do this inside most of us have a fairly similar inside living environment- which is also pretty much what weed likes.
Just think of the rH packs. you want about 62% humidity for a maximum. But you want some humidity so it doesn't dry in a few days so I try to keep it above 50%. As the plants dry the rH will drop. Having a humidifier or dehumidifier is fine but I would have them just outside the drying space for a lung-room type thing. the humidifiers spray mist and the dehuey's make heat.
Regular inside temps are fine but cooler is better without doing the refridgerator thing.
air movement. at a minimum a little fan on the floor of the room/tent is good, if you have higher humidity then having an exhaust fan is good to pull any rising heat/moisture out. Pretty much your grow tent with no lights for this part.
FWIW i have almost quit monitoring my grow tent enviromnents if I change something I'll watch for a day to see that it is still good, but the drying space I watch like a hawk. When you first hang the plant the humidity can spike.
