I come from the water (that weren't no easy thing) so I have decided to go DWC wide open 1200 > ppm with a shot of Brawndo(cuz it's got electrolytes), Grade A Maple syrup, and the whole shit. You and I will do just fine with a 4 week veg, but it will be very interesting to see how our soiler brthern do with it..
I forgot about the Toadies, thanks for reminding me @Zaphod420

Soooo what's your grow style of choice for this contest everyone?

I'm gonna have to go coco since I have better luck and they grow faster. I'm gonna need all the help I can get lol.
I think I will do something a little different.
I'm gonna clone all the secondary branching.
Looks like it will be a bio-charged clay, aged Pro Mixture, and native top soil.
A Terra Preda type medium.
Oh, and Jacks 321 or
Miracle Grow All purpose, Tomato Feed.
MG produces nice looking plants up to the last 4 weeks for under 20.00.
I've spent enough over the years on high priced nutrients.
Knowledge is all you need to figure out the rest.

Thought about using that shit. Just feed and water for a week. Repeat

I thought I was reading a "cake mix" recipe. Hahaha!
I had to go back and double check to make sure I was in the proper thread.
Safe ground! lol
It's all yours @Hotwired

I have never messed with any hydro.
But I've often wondered how Miracle Grow would do in a "DWC"
compared to Jacks for instance,
One of the best YouTubers I found besides Heisen running DWC and doing really well with it way back when I was first getting interested in running it was Hygro and he did a miracle grow vs General Hydroponics and the miracle grow plant won.

Muscle Gro doesn't have the nutrients one expects to find in soil, like most of the micros or calcium.
My soil is in good condition. I got it where I want it now.
I just turn it over in the spring and bring some of the clay particles to the top.
Containers, I water 1/4 strength of Miracle Grow almost every watering.
Tomato blend has always worked well over the years. I use all purpose for veg.
