This combo glycine and NAC
BPC 157, 20 minutes in the sauna daily, and hyperbaric chamber for 90 minutes once a week. Exercise as much as you can, stay away from carbs, intermittent fasting. I eat eggs, cheese, spinach, broccolI, kimchi for the probiotic, and as much protein as I want. Gout hasn’t flared up in 7 years. I hear celery seed extract also helps if shellfish triggers a flare up
