There was a documentary series that covered a lot of the behind the scenes stories and *supposedly*
there was a camera operator on earth that had to compesate for the transmition delay of 20-ish seconds and start panning the camera that amount of time before the actual lift-off. It was then just luck,n or an educated guess that got the shot.
He was passed out behind a rockThey had to go back and pick the guy up or we wouldn't have had the film!
They all had to move to the dark side and under ground when we stole their atmosphere
