Wazzup fellow growmosexuals!🤪 so last night I had to finger fuck this wedding cake hard and the faint smell I came out with was kinda like brownies or chocolate cake batter. I just hope it gets a little stronger.

I chopped a side branch off bridezilla to test. Already quite a few cloudy, with amber on the sugar leaves, so I figured I'd give it a try. Gonna let it dry a few days first tho.

I guess most breeders are that way, American breeders for sure. A lot of the European breeders know there shit, actually have a plan an carry it out, generation after generation and stablize thier work. Funny thing is it takes so long that the breeders just throwing shit together turn out more fire, not stable of course, but fire nonetheless.

Wonder why most of the fire comes from America?

looks beautiful. one more question are they the 3000k 80 or 90 CRI or 3500k 80 or 90 CRI. the reason im asking is because they are on both on sale and want to buy them. You produce great results.
3000k 80 cri D series. You can use any series you just have to match the forward voltage to the amps not to overdrive the drivers. The 38 V worked best for me to get 5 cobs per 240 driver. I could have gone up on cob voltage and got the 1050 but my setup was the closest to what I wanted. People think the wattage of the driver is your output and that's false.
Forward voltage X amps = wattage, the wattage number on the driver is just the max output

When I run 5 Veros on the 1400mA -179 FV, Each Vero is only pulling 35.8 volts. With the 5%+/- . I am at 186 watts at the wall. I am losing close to 10 to 12 watts per COB. Veros are a 38 volt COB. I think that driver was matched up more for the 36 volt CXB3590.
The Veros or the drivers don't seem to have a problem running that way. You are actually running 50 watts lower per string giving you more savings. lol
I wish now I had run 6 of them on a 36" or 40" heatsink. All 6 on a 240- 2100mA paired up and run in series. I think that is the best driver for the Veros hands down.
The 320-1050mA is another that rocks the Veros.

A 240 wouldn't fire 6 38 volt cobs at 2100. That would be well over the wattage.

Uh oh, you gonna go over there and buy up a bunch of COBs. I am thinking hard about 12 or 16 of them myself. lol Are they going out of business or just not gonna restock COBs anymore? Chilled's website is about gone too. They are referring everyone to Rapidled for Chilled lights and growmau5's 2 styles of pucks.
Plus, Ethos has left the building at SHN. Some changes going on in the biz, it looks like.

I got strips and cobs and I do like the strips a great deal. Just seems more efficient to me. Probably not but the heat doesn't seem to be as profound. And the light more spread out evenly.

Benefit of the cobs is a smaller fixture.

I was wondering why they knocked them down so much also. Its just the veros not the crees or anything else right? Is bridgelux coming out with some newer tech or something?
